Privacy Policy

This policy covers dizenz.com and any DIZENZ product whose account settings, checkout flow, or footer links here. If a product collects data this policy does not describe, that product will say so in its own notice or Product Addendum.

We collect information in three ways:

• You give it to us directly — name, email, and message content when you use a contact form; billing name, email, and payment details (handled by Stripe, never stored by us) when you subscribe; account data (email, workspace name, content you create) when you use a product.
• Automatically, as you use a site or product — device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, and general usage patterns, collected through Google Analytics once you consent to it.
• From third parties who help us operate — Stripe passes back subscription status and billing metadata; a product may receive data through an integration you explicitly connect.

• To provide, maintain, and secure the Services you use.
• To process payments and manage subscriptions.
• To respond to support and contact-form requests.
• To understand aggregate usage and improve the site and products (only with your analytics consent).
• To send service-related emails (receipts, renewal notices, security alerts) and, where you have opted in, product updates.
• To comply with legal obligations, including tax and accounting recordkeeping.

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on one of these legal bases for each processing activity:

• Contract — processing needed to provide a Service you subscribed to (accounts, billing, support).
• Consent — analytics cookies and marketing emails, which you can withdraw at any time.
• Legitimate interests — securing our Services against abuse, and improving them based on aggregate usage.
• Legal obligation — tax, accounting, and regulatory recordkeeping.

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the service providers ("subprocessors") that help us run the Services, each bound by contract to protect your data and use it only as we instruct:

We may also disclose data where required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale — in which case we will notify you before your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

dizenz.com uses cookies for essential site functionality and, only with your consent, for analytics. Full details — including how to change your preference at any time — are in our Cookie Policy.

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described above: account and product data for as long as your account is active plus a reasonable period after cancellation for support and legal purposes; billing records as required by tax law (typically several years); contact-form messages until resolved and archived for a limited period. You can request earlier deletion under Section 8.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Delete your data ("right to be forgotten"), subject to legal retention requirements.
• Export your data in a portable format.
• Object to or restrict certain processing, including analytics.
• Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before the withdrawal.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at agus@dizenz.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law (generally 30 days). EEA/UK residents also have the right to lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority.

DIZENZ LLC is based in United States. Where we or our subprocessors transfer personal data from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland to the United States or another country, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, as required by applicable law.

Our Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as our products, tools, or legal obligations change. We will post the updated policy with a new effective date and, for material changes, provide reasonable notice before they take effect.
