Mingüini Terms Addendum

By using minguini.com you agree to the DIZENZ Terms of Service and to this addendum. This addendum does not replace the Terms of Service — it adds the details specific to Mingüini: what the product does, how plans and billing work, and the fair-use limits on the free tier.

Mingüini is a personal productivity platform covering habits, tasks, projects, focus sessions, and time tracking in one product. Mingüini is currently in active development (alpha); features, plan structure, and pricing may change as the product matures, and we will give notice before changes that materially reduce functionality you already pay for.

Mingüini offers a free plan and one or more paid plans. Current plan names, feature limits, and prices are shown at minguini.com and at checkout, and are incorporated into this addendum by reference — the price and plan you agreed to at signup governs your subscription until you change it.

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on the cadence you select at checkout (monthly or annual) and renew automatically. Billing, cancellation, and refunds are governed by the DIZENZ Refund & Cancellation Policy.

The free plan is subject to the usage limits shown in-product (for example, on tasks, projects, or storage). We may enforce these limits by restricting further use until you upgrade or free up space, and we may adjust free-plan limits going forward without retroactively affecting data you already created.

You own the habits, tasks, projects, notes, and other content you create in Mingüini ("Your Content"). We process Your Content only to provide the service to you, as described in the DIZENZ Privacy Policy. You can export or delete Your Content from your account settings; on cancellation, we retain it for a limited period in case you resubscribe, then delete it.

• We may add, change, or remove features as Mingüini evolves out of alpha.
• We will not remove a feature you are actively paying for on your current plan without reasonable notice and, where applicable, a comparable alternative.
• If we discontinue Mingüini entirely, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice and a way to export Your Content before shutdown.
